Job Title: Project Planning and Control Engineer

Location: Al-Qassim Region

Application Deadline: June 29, 2025


Responsibilities:

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments

• Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays

• Communicate project updates to stakeholders

• Resolve issues affecting project timeline or quality

• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets required standards


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning and control

• Strong understanding of project management principles

• Proficient communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams


Preferred:

• Experience using project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)

• Previous work on large-scale construction projects

• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts

• Experience in mall development projects
